Doing this cycle 5 or 6 times in a row for a total of 15 to 25 minuets will burn a cartload of calories and will also raise your metabolism after the exercise for longer. Which means your body is going to be burning more calories during day even when you are resting which is always a good thing, as then you are losing weight when you are doing nothing.
